Dwane Casey Agrees to 5-Year Deal With Piston

The Detriot Pistons have ended their head coach search. Dwane Casey has agreed to become the next head coach of the Pistons.

The Piston fired Stan Van Gundy shortly after the 2017-2018 season. Casey was fired from the Raptors after leading the Raptors to 59 wins and to the semi-finals this past season.

Dwane Casey is inheriting a team with some talented players, but not a lot of promise. With this hire, I believe the Pistons are at least expected to make the playoffs in the 2018-2019 season.
